Shopping for Sasha (and Me!)

Ok, so I don't know if you guys are aware of the many sample-sale websites out there for adults, such as: Hautelook, Rue La La, Gilt Groupe, and Ideeli (these are my favorites).  If you don't, then I warn you that before checking them out you must know that they are extremely addicting.....so browse at your own risk.  Basically these sites offer brand name items at discount prices, for about 48 hours, and they have new designers everyday.  AM-A-ZING!!!!!!!

  I have been an obsessive sample-sale shopper for a while now (for myself), but since I've had Sasha I've slowed down my own shopping and transferred the obsessive shopping to her :)  So recently Hautelook, Gilt Groupe, and Ideeli have starting offering children's sample sales, which is FABULOUS.  So now you can do some shopping for your little one and get a little something for yourself too! 

But in all honesty, my new guilty pleasures are Zulily, Totsy, and The Mini Social.  These are children's sample sites that offer clothing, accessories, strollers, and everything baby (and also have some things for mommies)......lots of cute cute things.  So enjoy your new addictions, and don't say I didn't warn you :)

A Little Intro



This is Me

Hello World! My name is Kate:)  First of all, I just want to say that I have been a blog reader for years, so it's a little crazy that I now am writing my own.

 Just like many other people, I am a planner!  I write everything down, I write lists, and I plan out my life meticulously.  In all of the planning that I had done in the last couple of years, I never planned on being a stay-at-home mom at 26 years old.  But all of my planning flew out the window when I had my amazing daughter Sasha last June.    Once I realized that I was a mommy, I could not imagine ever leaving her side.  Luckily, my husband was supportive of this choice, and I now get to spend everyday watching her grow. 

This blog is dedicated to my new life with Sasha and the joy that she brings me on a daily basis.  It will be about our lives, about baby products, fashion, and just about anything else that strikes my fancy :)  So hopefully you will get to share in a bit of my daily joy from my posts!  Thanks for reading!
